A Crazy Lucid Dream (S&D)

One day I decided to take a nap. I put on some comfy pajamas, turned off the lights and hopped into bed. On that day I was particularly tired and fell asleep almost instantly. The next thing I knew, I was awake and could see myself sleeping on the pillow. I knew that I had to wake up soon and that if I had slept through my alarm I was going to miss practice. So I felt extremely frantic. Then I remembered Dr. LaBerge saying that looking upwards could sometimes awaken a person from a lucid dream. So I did that and fell asleep. Then I woke up (or so I thought). I presumed I had slept through my alarm and hurriedly dressed for practice. Then the lucid dream ended because my real alarm went off. Thinking that I had already dressed for practice and was going to be late I jumped out of bed and flew out the door. Half way down the stairs outside my door, I realized that I wasn't late and that I was wearing pajama pants! Never having realized that I had had a lucid dream before, this experience was extremely weird and left me feeling very disoriented for the rest of the day.
