SleepTest.com - Here you a can take a free online sleep test that screens you for various sleep disorders, most notably sleep apnea. The test includes the Epworth Sleepiness Scale and the Berlin Questionnaire, and after taking it you can be provided more information about seeing a doctor if necessary.
The Sleep Well - Dr. Dement's old personal site. This site contains a large number of Dr. Dement's writings from the late 1990s, and is a wealth of information, but is no longer regularly updated.
