A Visionary Author

When dreams are about us, we can find many explanations, like they are stress relievers, represent our fears, fears, traumas, expectations etc etc.

Dreams may be meaningless or meaningful.

Why do we see places and people in our dreams that we have never seen, and may never see? When we sleep, our spirits become immersed in the sea of oneness with the universe. We become connected to the consciousness of others. We can experience what they feel, what they go through. The past present and future all are actually one. Immersed in the sea of universal consciousness we can be in touch with other realities and other times, including the future ...sometimes we see these as dreams.

When we waken we are back in our individual envelopes of the body, and go about our individual lives. Dreams may seem impractical and even mood spoilers. So we ignore them.

But we are all connected to each other at a level which is little understood.

In fact, we challenge you to do so! What do you say, are you up for the challenge?

A Note On Visitor-Submitted Questions:

Publishing sleep stories and questions from our visitors is meant to create a forum for open and proactive dialogue about an extremely important portion of our lives (one that occupies 1/3 of it and affects the other 2/3) that isn't talked about enough. It is not meant to substitute a trip to the doctor or the advice of a specialist. It's good to talk; it is not good to avoid consulting someone who's profession it is to help you with this kind of stuff.

If you are in any way concerned about your sleep health, don't wait for an answer on here, and don't necessarily rely on them. See a sleep specialist in your area as soon as possible.
