Am I Having Narcolepsy Too?

Hi, I'm a 17 year old female and I think I'm having this too... I feel sleepy during the day and I get a lot of headaches too. Sometimes I can't even understand what the other person is saying to me unless I try really really hard. It's like I'm confused and cant get out of the state.

I have been having episodes of sleep paralysis too. Started when i was 15 years. The first time I was on the bed taking a nap during day time and then i suddenly woke up. I was getting these tingly feelings on my arms and legs. I thought i was dying and tried calling out for help but nothing happened. Finally i snapped out of that episode. I did some research and asking about it and learnt that it was sleep paralysis.
I heard it was normal but it still didn't stop me from getting creeped out.

After that every time I sleep during the day or as I'm falling asleep i have these episodes during the day time. At night I'm able to sleep except for I think one time without any difficulty. At night also even though I'm sleepy its still difficult to sleep.

This morning I took a nap with my three year old sis and had more than 5 episodes. One after the other, each time i thought i was waking up it again happened. I woke up tired and with a headache.

Whenever i sleep during the day I get tired and have a headache when i wake up so i do my best to stay awake but it's really difficult. So far I'm able to manage.

My heart starts beating really fast and i almost loose control of my arms and legs at times. My arms start shaking and legs start wobbling. Sometimes i cant even hold things. Its really creeping me out. Somebody please let me know if these has anything to do with narcolepsy.
