I Sleep Talk, Is It Possible I Could Accidentally Reveal A Secret While Sleep Talking

Ok so the other day I was staying in a hotel with my mam and dad and when we got home they were like, Were you on the phone with someone last night? And I said no. Anyways I'm going on a cruise this year and I'm worried that it's possible to accidentally reveal one of my biggest secrets while sleep talking.

I tried smoking and I'm worried that I'll spill my secret. I'm going on the cruise in July and was wondering if i do accidentally spill a secret at home in my normal bed where no one will hear me sleep talking is it possible I could repeat it again another time, or is it the case of as soon as you say something in your sleep it wont be repeated.

Have A Nice Cruise - Relax

It may be more likely to sleep talk about that subject if you're worried about talking about it and it's on your mind regularly. So I suggest to relax about it. Besides, it can be good to be honest in any case if it does come up. Hopefully your parents value your honesty with them more than their potential disapproval.

You can certainly repeat things more than once while sleep talking, but I would just try to relax about it. Probably the chances of you sleep talking about that particular subject during the few days you are on the cruise are very slim. Not everything we say while sleep talking is true to our lives anyways, so your parents could also dismiss it as babbling or not even hear it because they too are asleep. Hope you have a nice cruise.
