Mario Kart S&D

by Anonymous

Last night, I had the most vivid dream of participating in a Mario Kart race. No, I wasn't Yoshi or Mario or Bowser driving the kart; I was the kart itself, racing past competitors towards the finish. Like the other vehicles, I was a car with an attitude. I would laugh as cars in front of me were hit with red shells, and I would feel gleefully triumphant when one of my bananas caused someone to fall off the course.

Ouch! The pain of getting struck by a lightning bolt! Not only did I feel the excruciating zap spreading all throughout my body, but I also experienced the awkward feeling of being shrunken into a miniscule version of myself. Attempting to escape from being assaulted by more weapons, I begged my driver to drive less like a maniac and more like a conscientious human.

Unfortunately, he did not heed my pleas for safety. As his driving became more and more erratic, it seemed like he was ATTEMPTING to hit obstacles in the way. As we rammed into a particularly giant Bowser shell, I found myself flipping forwards off the track and into the depths below.

Really interesting NEW

I remember having a Mario Kart dream as well :) Actually multiple.

The most interesting one was a race on Mario Kart 7's SNES Rainbow Road track. The vividness was realer than the actual game. Not only did it have the music identical to the actual track's, but the look was realer, and I even felt the wind on my face. Tossing the shells was like actually jumping out of my seat and throwing it and watching it home in on the person in front. The dream didn't last that long but it felt amazing.

Mario Test NEW
by: Anonymous

I've also had a dream involving Mario Kart, but it was actually a part of a series of school tests. (There was also swimming, math, and lizard-catching.) I was not in the game, but it wasn't a TV screen either. It was like I was watching the race from the sidelines.

Keep on dreaming (both awake, and unawake).

Mario Kart & Sadness NEW
by: Anonymous

So this morning i had a dream where i was mario with all the standard pieces. My view was just like the normal games view but i was in a dream. I was in a online match and somehow i ranked 27th but idk. I was complaining about how i was last place and plenty of people were lapping me. I forgot what track it was but it was very super mario world like. My dad got so mad he yelled "NOT ALL THE PLAYERS ARE EATING WHILE PLAYING!!" and he threw a chewy granola bar and as soon as it hit me the dream ended..

Sorry if my grammar is bad xd

I've only had a handful of lucid dreams in my entire life. One of them racing in a Mario Kart tournament. Everything was so vivid and felt real. All of the wind blowing in my hair and feeling the weight of my body shifting. It was beautiful. I would pay money to experience that again.
