My Partial Cure For Night Terrors

As an adolescent, I frequently sleep-walked. Night terror dreams began in my late 20'and I still experience them in my late 50's, although not so severely. I don't know if this is coincidental, but my night terrors are greatly diminished since I started taking melatonin before bedtime. It's as if it calms my brainwaves. Needs to be studied to see if there's any correlation, but for other sufferers, you might want to experiment with this.
