Strange Sleep Walking Experiences With Vivid Dreams

I have sleep walked many times. I often do not remember ever sleep walking at all, but people tell me afterwards.

When I sleep walk I act like a normal person, not me, and can communicate with others but see reality as the dream world. This is all a very strange concept to understand if you are not me, but I have experienced it well over 100 times.

I have learned to control most of my dreams now, but occasionally I still sleep walk. I have been woken up in the middle of these experiences and it is not a good idea, I have been known to freak out because I thought I was in my bed and fall instantly to the ground.

Also I have been awoken by people pointing out flaws in my dream world and convincing me that I was asleep. I hope no one has to dream so weird and vividly as I do but if you do there is hope, as you grow older you will see a trend of when you do walk and not, do the things that make you not sleep walk and go to bed with a clear head.

Also a light on or the noise of a fan will make me sleep walk so I avoid those things, along with not having a blanket cover my feet. Hope life is well for you all, from your fellow sleeper.
